CWAY Water CSR Collaboration with Lagos Waste Management Authority
CWAY Water partnered with the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) to support the Lagos Recycle initiative, donating 15 branded recycling bins to help reduce PET bottle pollution across the city.
On July 22, CWAY Water Company visited the Managing Director of LAWMA, Mr. Ibrahim Odumboni, to formally present 15 CWAY-branded recycling bins as part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to environmental sustainability. The presentation took place at the LAWMA Head Office in Ijora-Olopa, Lagos.
The bins will be deployed across several high-traffic locations, including Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja City Mall, Maryland Mall, Central Mosque Alausa, Pleasant Event Centre Ikeja, and other strategic points within the city to encourage responsible waste disposal. Deployment is scheduled to begin in August, following the temporary closure of government offices in Lagos for PVC registration activities.
